What is a Fractional CMO?
A Fractional Chief Marketing Officer empowers leadership teams and boards where high level strategic experience is required but a full time role is not.
I offer this support as an embedded leadership role specialising in creative and culture sector organisations - 1 day a week. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with over 25 years experience joining your executive team but at only 20% of the cost of a full time CMO or Brand Director or Commercial Director.
Fractional CMOs for finance are more widespread but rare in the creative sector. I provide the help you need with a deep understanding of the unique nature of growing creative organisations whether you are a start up in the CreaTech space, a public arts organisation facing funding challenges, or a large media organisation requiring fresh thinking in the senior team.
I can support creative organisations to build new marketing and commercial functions and develop their intellectual property or support existing marketing teams with C-Suite / Executive level leadership for major growth, change and brand work.
